New browser: Epiphany

Finally I've got a browser for the Gnome desktop: Epiphany. The first thing I noticed about this browser was speed: no more waiting for the browser window to open up. And the best: a consistent desktop look for all of my applications!

There are some problems with the browser, listed in no special order:

  • Quick search feature cannot be configured to use Alltheweb instead of Google.
  • Cut & paste doesn't work with mouse from the location bar, meaning I have to ^C and ^V to cut and paste URLs from other tabs.
  • Bookmarks do not support nested folders. This is something I can live without, but I list it here since support for it is planned.
